Catering and Events
We provide on-site crawfish boils, pop ups, and catered Louisiana-select eats, experiences for private or public events. All events MUST be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to ensure product availability and proper preparation. A deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date, with remaining balances due prior to event date as outlined in the agreement. Availability is limited, and bookings are confirmed only after deposit is received. On Site Boils

Pop-Up boil site
From time to time, Pondering Farms will host pop-up boil sites where customers can purchase fresh, hot boiled crawfish by the pound — ready to enjoy.
These pop-ups are announced as dates and locations become available. To stay up to date on upcoming boils, be sure to follow us on Facebook, where we’ll post all event details, times, and availability.
